January 15, 2013...The application process for the 2013-14 school year is currently open to rising juniors interested in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. Applicants must be enrolled in either Manassas City Public School Division, Manassas Park Public School Division, or Prince William County Public School Division. The purpose of the regional program is to educate students in the related STEM fields in order to prepare them to contribute to the global community of the 21st century. The Governor's School is located in Prince William County, Virginia, and classes are held on George Mason University's Prince William Campus. The Governor's School @ Innovation Park is a member of the National Consortium of Specialized Secondary Schools for Math Science and Technology (NCSSSMST).
